PERFORMED 66 POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION
-Drain engine oil and replace with recomended oil Capcity -Replace engine oil filter -Check and set tire pressures-Check and top off all fluids -Lube chassis -Peform courtesy veh. inspection.
Rotate tires if necessary or applicable
IGNITION COIL – Remove & Replace – In-Line4,Gas All
TEST- TIME For coils
– run engine on Valvoline All Engine Cleaner (cleans injectors, intake valves, combustion chambers and O2 sensors) -Remove air intake system and use Valvoline Intake System Cleaner to clean intake plenum, idle circuit, throttle body -add Valvoline Complete Fuel System Clean to fuel tank, cleans fuel filter, injectors, valves, combustion chambers and O2 sensors while driving. ( make sure vehicle has a full tank of fuel to get full effect from cleaner.)

Replaced front pads and rotors. Cleaned and re-lubed caliper slides. Replaced front brake hardware with new.
Flush master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders, and all fluid in lines. Fill with new BG DOT 4 brake fluid, bleed all air out of system, check for leaks and test drive.
Replaced front calipers and re-bled system
Dismount Tire off wheel. Clean all mounting surfaces and check for damage or corrosion. Mount and balance new tire on rim

Duplicated Customer Concern. Found that the Transmission is leaking right from the center of the transmission case. Recommend replacement of transmission at this time. While doing repair advised to customer that do to age and mileage some components may not come apart freely, or possibly get damaged. Advised possibility of additional 10%-15% of either parts or labor

Duplicated Customer Concern. Scanned for Codes and Found C003A Code. Recommend Test to determine cause of fault code
Using Scanner, found that the Vehicle was showing over 200 KMH on the Right Rear Wheel speed sensor. Went to go check connector and found fretting at connector. Repaired connector, re installed, test drove vehicle and found proper wheel speed at Right Rear Wheel and no more dash lights. No Further Recommendations at this time

Advised to customer since they are providing their own part, if it does need the door handle and the handle they provided does not fit, we will still have to charge for the labor performed, even if we do not install a door handle

Duplicated customer concern. Found that Caliper bracket Bolt in the right rear is missing. Removed Caliper and found that the Bolt was missing. Brake pads and rotors appear to be ok at this time, as well as the calipers. Recommend Installing a new bolt and retesting. Retested and all seemed to be ok at this time

PErformed Basic Inspection. Found that front control arms are borken
CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Lower Both
ALIGNMENT – 4 WHEEL
While rear of vehicle is apart, found that rear calipers are leaking fluid, brake pads are at 2 MM, and there is fluid all over the brake pads. Recommend Replacement at discounted labor at this time, as calipers had to come off to do rear springs.
Mount and Balance Tires (Customer Providing Tires)
While PErforming BRake Service, the vehicle is very rusty, and the rotors did not want to come off easily. Required to use extra force on rotor to remove it from rear wheel hub and bearing assembly. During test drive saw that ABS light turned on. Scanned for codes and found a P/S Rear Wheel bearing fault. Inspected and found that Tone ring on wheel bearing is no longer full, and is missing a piece. Recommend Replacement of Right Wheel bearing and retest. If ABS light continues to stay on, will require testing.
Replaced rear calipers and re-bled system
Advise on heat only when driving even if vehicle is warm
