    • While inspecting chassis it was found that the front struts have play and the bushings are worn out, it was also found that the lower front control arm bushings are worn and have some play. Tech recommends replacement of struts, bushings, lower control arm bushings and sway links.
    • SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – w/Electronic Suspension Control,Both – Includes Disassembly and Assembly
    • Road tested vehicle. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked and set tire pressure. Checked ride height. Checked caster and camber angles, adjusted camber and toe as required. Centered steering wheel
    • CONTROL ARM BUSHING – Remove & Replace – Lower – Rear Bushing – Both Sides
    • STABILIZER BAR END LINK – Remove & Replace – Both

    • PErformed Basic Inspection. Found that front control arms are borken
    • CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Lower Both
    • ALIGNMENT – 4 WHEEL
    • While rear of vehicle is apart, found that rear calipers are leaking fluid, brake pads are at 2 MM, and there is fluid all over the brake pads. Recommend Replacement at discounted labor at this time, as calipers had to come off to do rear springs.
    • Mount and Balance Tires (Customer Providing Tires)
    • While PErforming BRake Service, the vehicle is very rusty, and the rotors did not want to come off easily. Required to use extra force on rotor to remove it from rear wheel hub and bearing assembly. During test drive saw that ABS light turned on. Scanned for codes and found a P/S Rear Wheel bearing fault. Inspected and found that Tone ring on wheel bearing is no longer full, and is missing a piece. Recommend Replacement of Right Wheel bearing and retest. If ABS light continues to stay on, will require testing.
    • Replaced rear calipers and re-bled system
    • Advise on heat only when driving even if vehicle is warm

    • Scanned for Codes, Found P0300 and U0100. Found misfires predominantly on cylinders 1 and 4. Swapped spark plugs but misfire persisted on those cylinders. Those cylinders share a coil pack and found low to no spark from coil pack. Recommend full tuneup service and coil packs and then retest for any possible additionals
    • IGNITION COIL – Remove & Replace – All
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V6
    • (COMBINATION) SPARK PLUG WIRE SET – Remove & Replace – V6
    • 4 Part service involves – dissable fuel pump circuit, run engine on BG Fuel System Cleaner (cleans injectors, intake valves, combustion chambers and O2 sensors) -Remove air intake system and use BG Intake System Cleaner to clean intake plenum, idle circuit, throttle body -add BG 44K to fuel tank, cleans fuel filter, injectors, valves, combustion chambers and O2 sensors while driving. ( make sure veh has a full tank of fuel to get full effect from cleaner.)

    • P1450 Code for Evap System Leak. Smoke Tested system, found no leaks in Evap system. Pulled off Evap hose that leads to fuel tank. It is sucking pressure immediately from the tank upon start up, which it should not be. This indicated that the purge valve is not closing and is bad. Recommend Replacement of Purge Valve
    • CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID – Remove & Replace – 1.6L Eng – [Includes: Component test.]
