- CUSTOMER STATES CLUNKING OVER BUMPS. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE ( Preauthorizes Chasis test if necessary)
- Please perform a prelim drivetrain inspection. Cust states: Hears whining noise from rear end and leak
- Customer states that parking sensors are not operating properly (Preauthorizes Stage 1 Test if necessary)
- WHEEL BEARING – Remove & Replace – Front – D/S
- (Combination) WHEEL BEARING – Remove & Replace – Front – P/S
- UNIVERSAL JOINT – Remove & Replace – 4WD To Rear Axle,Both Joints
- UNIVERSAL JOINT – Remove & Replace – 4WD To Front Axle,Both Joints
- WHEEL BEARING – Remove & Replace – Rear – Both
- (Combination) PINION SHAFT SEAL – Remove & Replace – Rear Axle
- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Upper – Both
- SHOCK ABSORBER – Remove & Replace – Denali Both
- Road tested vehicle. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked and set tire pressure. Checked ride height. Checked caster and camber angles, adjusted camber and toe as required. Checked rear wheel alignment. Centered steering wheel.
- Steering Angle Calibration
- STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – Both – Front
- STABILIZER BAR LINK KIT – Remove & Replace – Both – Rear
- Mount and Balance 2 Front Tires
- Valve Stem Repair and Tire Seal
- PErformed Test. Found that torque converter is shuttering. Found rear shocks, rear wheel bearings, front drivers side wheel bearings, upper control arms on boths have play in them and/or are making noise. Also found that the sway bar links in the rear are making noise and the fronts are very rusty and look like theyre about to break soon. Recommend replacement of all listed components above and if there is something that has 1 side, do it on both side. Advised to customer that due to size of repair, expect possible 10-15% possible additionals for any seized, rusted, or broken components
- TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY – Removal & Installation
- (Combination) – TORQUE CONVERTER – Remove & Replace
- TRANSMISSION OIL PAN – Remove and Install
